Cedar Creek High Mountain Oolong 杉林溪高山烏龍

This tea comes from the Longfengxia area in Shanlinxi, Taiwan, grown at a high altitude of 1,800 meters. The tea garden is often covered in thick afternoon fog, with cold weather and limited sunshine. Because the tea leaves grow slowly in these chilly conditions, they become unusually thick and rich in natural pectin.
Crafted with a light oxidation process, this tea brings out a lovely, elegant floral aroma. The tea soup is smooth, naturally sweet, and never harsh. It’s also incredibly durable across multiple steeps—each cup offers that fresh, crisp taste unique to high-mountain teas!
